Intake Date 02-23-2016

My name is Peyton Presley and I am a tiny girl with long legs!  Foster mommy says I have legs like a giraffe!  I went to my vet today and he gave me a clean bill of health.  I have to go back in 21 days for my final rabies vaccination, otherwise I am as healthy as can be. I do need to put on some weight, maybe a pound or two.

Wanna know where I came from?  I came from a place called Guanajuato, Mexico.  I was found in December in a doorway shivering and shaking. Cuddle Bugs 4 U swooped me up and took me to their vet. Everyone thought I was a Schnauzer mix, but after my bath I went from dark gray to white! Now, my vet says I'm a mini wire haired terrier and as cute as a button!

My past is long forgotten.  I love people and other pups.  I could sit on your lap all day long and give you kisses. I am not potty trained yet, but I am working on it. I was a street pup for so long that nobody had the time to train me.

I'm quite the quiet type.  I don't bark much at all.  I have a great appetite and I'm not to fond of dog treats.  I do love bacon, foster mom gave me some last night.  Wish she would give me bacon all the time.

I will be ready for adoption on March 16th. I will be all set with my vaccinations for an entire year.  I'm heartworm negative and I have been microchipped.
